Open-source license
Codex Usage and Resets is open-source software licensed under the Apache License 2.0. That license governs copying, modification, and distribution of the software. These terms govern this project website, documentation, and support materials.
Planning information
CUAR reports current observations from the user's local Codex environment and calculates planning estimates. OpenAI reports some values at whole-percentage precision. Projections do not guarantee future capacity, exhaustion time, banked reset availability, or unscheduled resets.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for deciding how to act on CUAR's reports, protecting their account and credentials, and confirming material account or subscription decisions with OpenAI.
No warranty
The software, website, documentation, and support are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filament Labs and the project's contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, availability, or goodwill arising from use of CUAR.
Third-party services
Codex and OpenAI services are provided under their respective terms. CUAR is independently developed and is not developed, supported, or endorsed by OpenAI. Filament Labs does not control OpenAI's services, limits, reporting precision, or future behavior.
