Codex Process Jobs
Terms of Use
Effective: July 23, 2026
Open-source license
Codex Process Jobs is open-source software licensed under the Apache License 2.0. That license governs copying, modification, and distribution of the software. These terms govern this project website, documentation, and support materials.
User responsibility
CPJ launches commands authorized through the user's Codex environment. Users are responsible for reviewing commands, resolving authentication safely, protecting credentials, monitoring resource use, and deciding whether a job can be interrupted without risk. CPJ is not a service supervisor and does not make inherently destructive or critical operations safe.
No warranty
The software, website, documentation, and support are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Automatic completion delivery is best-effort; durable local job state remains the authoritative record.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filament Labs and the project's contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, availability, or goodwill arising from use of CPJ.
Third-party services
Codex, OpenAI services, GitHub, Homebrew, operating systems, and commands launched through CPJ are provided under their respective terms. Filament Labs does not control those services.
